- This website has been created to facilite communication between local businesses. Businesses are registered to this website at the website moderator's discretion. If you would like to be registered to this website please contact the website moderator via info@baltictrianglebc.co.uk.
- This website allows registered users to communicate with each other. This action and the resulting data exchange is referred to within this document as a “post”. - Dealing with the unwanted posts (i.e. posts that cause distress or disturbance to other users) distracts us from the core purpose of this website and ties up management and technician time. Therefore in such circumstances we reserve the right to:
- Report offenders to their ISP
- Charge offenders for the administrative costs of identifying and removing posts and access rights at the rate of £90 per hour necessarily spent plus any external costs that we incur.
- Take legal action to recover these costs.
- Report offenders to the authorities if their actions appear to amount to a breach of the Computer Misuse Act 1990 or any other relevant criminal legislation.
